Lighthouse steamer Cape York
Allocated ship number 102, the steamer Cape York was laid down on 17 December 1924, launched on 30 July 1925, and completed on 10 November 1925. The stern had been built as a pre-assembled unit in 1925. Its length between perpendiculars was 225 feet, and it had gross tonnage of 1 406 tons.
