Introduction to sentencing
Description
The Introduction to sentencing course is focused on both the 'how' and 'why' of sentencing records. Key topics covered include:
- Why sentence records?
- How long do records need to be kept?
- Which records authorities can be used?
- How can records be sentenced?
- What happens to records after they are sentenced?
In addition to practical advice and tips, the course includes exercises using the Administrative Functions Disposal Authority (AFDA) and AFDA Express.
