- Introduction to Records Management in the APS – a one-day workshop for records managers and staff
- Check-up briefing – a briefing session on how Check-up can improve your ability to manage your records and information
- Normal Administrative Practice – a training session on how to apply a Normal Administrative Practice in your agency
- Introduction to Sentencing – a practical half-day training course for sentencing staff, contractors and their supervisors
- Records authority information session – an overview of the new approach to getting a records authority and the new training courses and publications
- Obtaining a records authority – The Archives has developed a new process for agencies to use to obtain records authorities for their core business records.
