Ms Spalding is the Deputy General Counsel at Cboe Australia Pty Ltd, Sydney. She is a trusted advisor on corporate, commercial, regulatory, compliance, technology and employment matters at the financial exchange.

She holds a Masters of Business from the Queensland University of Technology and Copenhagen Business School and a Bachelor of Arts/Law from the University of Queensland and University of British Columbia.

Ms Spalding has over 20 years’ experience providing legal and commercial advice to organisations geared to embrace innovation and efficiency and a track record of successfully partnering across departments and countries to deliver new products, markets, businesses, processes and structures.
