This is a black-and-white photograph of The Rt Hon. George Reid, Australia's fourth Prime Minister. It is an official portrait. The photograph shows him wearing a white shirt and white tie, with a vest and sporting a moustache. He is facing away from the camera. As the fourth Prime Minister, Reid held office for less than a year; however he did manage to lead the Opposition for six of the first seven years of federal government.
