This page lists all products approved to bear the National Archives archival quality paper trademark. These products have been through the application process for use of the ‘Archival Quality’ registered trademark which includes rigorous testing.
New products will be added to the list as they are approved. It is possible for a product to be removed from the list should testing reveal that quality has deteriorated.
Approval for products to bear the National Archives archival quality paper registered trademark is valid for 2 years (unless it comes to our attention that the supplier no longer meets our stringent requirements). We reserve the right to withdraw our permission at any time. Suppliers are required to submit current samples for testing at least 3 months before the expiry of the 2 years if they wish to continue to have their products approved to bear the National Archives archival quality paper registered trademark.
Inclusion of a supplier on this list does not represent an endorsement by the National Archives of Australia of suppliers. It is not a requirement under the Commonwealth Procurement Rules for agencies to use suppliers from the below list when sourcing archival products. Although the National Archives conducts a review of the list periodically we cannot provide any guarantee that this list will always be up to date.
