SOME SIX APPLICATIONS (FROM ARABS AND ISRAELIS) HAVE BEEN REJECTERD BY CANBERRA AFTER THE SELECTION OFFICER CAST DOUBTS ON THEIR BEING CONSIDERED AS EUROPEANS UNDER THE TERMS OF CONSULAR INSTRUCTIONS CHAPTER 4, PART VII.
