I have much pleasure in forwarding hereunder copy of extract from Ninth Supplement No. 30312 to the London Gazette dated 25th September, 1917, relating to the conspicuous service rendered by your sister, Staff Nurse, M. J. Derrer, 2nd Australian General Hospital.
