Bd'q Insprs [Inspector's] report herewith.
Inspector Priest favours the finger print system in preference to the hand print as adopted by the External Affairs Dept. [Department.] He assured me that for identification purposes the former system is in every way preferable.
The latter portion of the Bd'q Insprs [Inspector's] report seemed to be worth consideration.
