I understand that there is some difficulty in correctly taking handprints of Chinese and others and that the Detective Branch of the State Police Department has made a special study of the subject and has proper forms.
Sub-Inspector Priest has kindly offered to instruct officers as to the proper method. Please arrange for them to call on Sub-Inspector Priest as opportunity offers.
